Texas Foam Stock Item Customer Reorder

Instructions:

1. Fill out your company information. If Ship To address is the same as Bill To address, place a check in the box after filling out your Ship To information.
2. Place a check next to the product you would like to order. All products come in bundles. Enter the quantity of bundles you would like to receive.
3. If you would like to receive corrugated boxes with your thermal shippers, place a check in the With Boxes column. If the quantity of boxes differs from the quantity of thermal shippers, add this comment in the additional requirements box.
4. Add additional requirements and the date your order is required at the bottom of the page.
5. After selecting all of the products you would like to order, click the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the page to submit your order.
6. Upon completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this for your records.
